Do your plugins work on my OS and with my host?
Our plugins work on macOS 10.9 and after (both intel and apple silicon) and on Windows 7 and after.
All our plugins have native Apple Silicon support.
Every host application that can run AudioUnits, VSTs or AAX can run our plugins.
Please always download and test our plugins in demo mode before purchasing to be sure that they work fine within your setup. All purchases are final.
I purchased a plugin but did not receive my licence
Licences are normally sent automatically immediately after purchase. If you did not receive yours, please check your spam / junk folder, and if you use Gmail, your Promotions tab. You may also want to verify the email address used during checkout or on PayPal.
If you still cannot find your licence, please contact support via the contact form and include the name and email address used for the purchase. We will resend it as soon as possible.
How do I register the plugin?
You’ll be sent a mail with the license file attached promptly after your paiement.
Save that file on your computer. Click the ‘register’ button in the plugin window and then the ‘import license key…’ button.
Browse to the license file, select it and click ‘ok’.
If you do not receive a license key within a few minutes of your purchase, please contact us.
Be sure that email from support@tritik.com is not going into your spam folder.
How do I update the plugin?
To update a plugin, simply download and install the latest version. Your current license/settings/presets will be preserved.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by Paypal or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
The card details are handled by Paypal or by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.
I want to sell/transfer my license…
We don’t do license transfer for now, as per our terms and conditions.
Can I install the plugin on more than one computer?
Yes, when purchasing a plugin you are granted a personal license to use it on one or several machines, as long as you remain the sole user of the plugin.
