This Cookie Policy explains how Tritik uses cookies and similar technologies on www.tritik.com (the “Website”). It should be read with the Tritik Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software-development tools and embedded content that can store or access information on a device or transmit information to another service.
Some technologies are necessary for a requested service, security or remembering your privacy choices. Others are optional and are used only after you consent, for example to measure Website use or display a third-party video.
2. How Tritik uses these technologies
Tritik uses:
- strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the Website, maintain a session where needed and remember cookie choices;
- analytics technologies, with consent, to understand Website use and improve navigation and performance;
- anti-abuse technologies, with consent, to protect forms using Google reCAPTCHA; and
- external media technologies, with consent, to display YouTube content.
Except for strictly necessary storage, optional technologies must not load or access your device before you make the relevant choice.
3. Technologies used on the Website
Names may include a suffix or vary when a provider updates its service. The consent panel and your browser’s storage controls show the technologies present on your device.

4. Moonbase checkout and customer portal
Moonbase is Tritik’s authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you open a Moonbase checkout, customer account, download or licence-management interface, you enter an environment provided by Moonbase. Moonbase may use cookies or similar technologies needed for account access, checkout, fraud prevention, payment, tax, delivery and service analytics.
Moonbase independently determines the purposes and retention of technologies used in its environment. Tritik does not present Moonbase cookies as if Tritik controlled them. Please consult the Moonbase Privacy Policy and the notice displayed by Moonbase for current details.
5. Newsletter pixels
If you separately consent to newsletter engagement measurement, emails sent through Mailchimp may contain a small tracking pixel or measured links that record delivery, opening or clicking. These technologies operate in an email rather than on the Website and are described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe or preference link in an email.
6. Your choices
When you first visit, the cookie notice provides equally accessible controls to:
- accept all optional categories;
- reject all optional categories; or
- choose individual optional categories.
Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to ordinary Website content, although a feature that depends on a rejected service—such as a video or protected contact form—will remain unavailable until you choose to enable it.
Your accept or reject choice is remembered for no more than six months. We may ask again sooner if a new purpose or provider requires new consent or if you delete the preference cookie.
You may withdraw or change consent at any time by opening Cookie Settings on the Website. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional storage and loading. It does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
7. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies or other Website data. Blocking all cookies may also remove strictly necessary preferences, causing the notice to reappear or requested functions to stop working. Browser controls do not always prevent server logs or technologies operating in a separately opened third-party service.

8. Legal basis and personal data
Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide a service you request or for Tritik’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the Website. Consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary for those purposes.
Optional analytics, reCAPTCHA and external-media technologies are used only with consent. Where information from a technology is personal data, the Privacy Policy explains the related purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. A new purpose requiring consent will not be enabled on the basis of an older consent choice.
